I’m looking to finally lose the 15-20 pounds and flighten my stomach out and lose the love-handles. What are the best exercises to use to do this? I know the lower abs and obliques are the hardest to tone. Also, do I need to work the lower back to help with the obliques?

I am a slim guy and I am wondering how I can get my lower abs to stick out more. When I say lower abs i mean the area below the belly button and right above the pubic area. What workouts should i do?

I am 16 years old,5’8”.I used to weigh 232 pounds but i exercised and dieted and now i am down to 175 lbs. I have been doing sit ups and push ups for the past couple months and i can only see my upper abs popping out,and i still have,like a little pouch of fat in my lower ab area. How can i get rid of the fat pouch and get my lower abs to pop out?
