I have pretty strong abs already but there’s still that little pouch of fat in my lower abs. And unfortunately my handles aren’t exactly thin either. But i work out everyday and I work out three days a week with a trainer that our school provides for us. I really just need to thin out there. Help!

I keep reading about cardio exercises and how that’ll help get a flat stomach. But those don’t seem to apply to people with wheelchairs. I can’t get on a treadmill or a bicycle and I can’t “step up.” I am paralyzed from the waist down completely. What do I do instead?
