Question by jake: What is the use of having a Exercise belt for stomach? What if you dont use it while you do weight training ?
I am already a slim guy but recently i found that my stomach is trying to come out ? Is this bcos im not using this belt ? ( I am not talking about electrical belt )

An exercise belt is meant to prevent you from getting a hernia. The belt applies pressure to your abdomen and back, and is used when you are working with lots of weight, and need that added protection. As long as you are not doing squats with high amounts of weight, you should be good, but you could still wear one as a precaution.

Question by Lor: How do you get rid belly fat?
I’m a girl, 16 and currently doing soccer. I lost some weight, but there are those stubborn few pounds of fat that just won’t leave my midsection. I don’t know how to get rid of it. I’m not fat, I’m actually pretty slim; I’m 5 ft 10″ and in between 135-140 pounds, but I can’t get rid of my belly pudge. Are there any workouts that I should do? Any foods that would help?

You can only get a flat stomach with a sensible diet and exercise. Do weight resistance exercise to boost your metabolism and burn fat. Do high intensity cardio to burn fat.

well first off you got to start eating healthy. Then the work out i use every day is run 1 mile then 20 push ups then 100 sit-ups sets of 25 then rest for 10 seconds every set. leg lifts is you dont know what those are search them. then v-ups again if you dont know what that is search it. then the static hold again search that if you dont know what that is. then last but not least use dumbells to work out. DO THAT BASIC WORK OUT EVERY DAY AND THE FIRST WEEK YOU WILL FEEL TIGHTER IN YOU ABS.

Question by Andrew: Whats the best way to lose love handle fat? (workouts and such)?
I’ve been working out for about 2 solid years now im turning 18 in a few months. About a year and a half a go i dropped about 40-50 pounds. I’ve worked on my upper and lower body but I can’t seem to drop the ugly weight on my sides. If I could drop this weight my body would be sooooo much better. Any advice?
