What is the best way to tone up my lower abs?
I eat decent, run 2 miles 4 times a week, work out with weights regularly. My upper abs are starting to show again, but my I’m having trouble getting my lower ones to show. Any tips?

its all about a good strict diet and tons of intense cardio, u need to lower ur body fat in order to see ur abs.

Thomas – That’s not evidence that it’s the most effective workout for abs, it’s not even a study. That’s one woman’s opinion on about.com on what a good ab workout is. I meant some actual research to substantiate your claims, and you showed me a fluff article that lists it as number 2.

Why do people do100s of sit ups and crunches when they should be doing squats, deadlifts and weighted ab exercises????
