Question by Bridget: What are the best exercises that help you tone and flatten your stomach?
Im 14 years old, 119 lbs. im perfectly fine with my weight its just i have a really big stomach and love handles, what are some really good and legit workouts to flatten my stomach,something that works and shows improvement fast like within a week or two please please i really need your help! Thank you!

I want to have toned abs or toned stomach and tighter thighs for the summer. Which dvd workout works the best and the fastest, that I can find online for really cheap.

i understand crunches and sit-ups work well, and i do these regularly but i wanted to know if there was another exercise i could incorporate into my routine that i was unaware of. any links to videos or diagrams demonstrating an exercise would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance!

you could do side ups. like sit ups but on the side. or you could lay on your back and lift your legs. be sure to keep the straight! they are way easier to lift bent but not as good of a workout!

I really wanna lose 20 pounds im 4’11, 15 years old and 145 lbs and a girl. I really wanna look good for when I go back to michigan this thanksgiving. I just want everyone to be in ahw. and like i have the wii fit. the ab slider and just basic weights oh and the shake weight, i want to lose the flab on my under arms, stomach and hips.

Breakfast: Fruit only
Snack: Fruit Only
Lunch: Rice with veggies and salad
Snack: Sandwich
Supper: Salmon or chicken breast with rice and salad or veggies
NO MORE: junk food, restaurant food, processed foods.. guarantee you lose 20 lbs
exercises is NOT required but will help very much.
