Question by Tonebone: does anyone have any good workout routines for a women to lose about 20 pounds in 2 months?
i just am tired of being overweight i need to lose 20 pounds in two months any ideas that will give me results quickly i just need to be more healthy from now on and i don’t know where to start please help!!

Go to Ashtanga yoga 6 times a week and watch what you eat.

Whenver I do ab exercises or pilates my body shakes, is this normal???

it just means that the muscles there are weak and are not used to that kind of exercise. they willl strengethen in time
