Kegel Exercise Weights are easy to use and they offer several advantages over other weight sets:
1) they require no assembly or reassembly when you want to increase or decrease the weight you exercise with.
2) there are six weights – more than in any other vaginal weight set on the market.

Question by Alice laughing: WEIGHT LOSS FOR WOMEN: Has anyone out there tried Nutri-Systems? How is the food? Did you lose weight?
I have never tried the Nutri System weight loss stuff and want honest feedback from those who have tried it. I would like to hear both positive and negative – whatever the experiences with it have been before I shell out my $ $ $ to try Nutri System. Please – real answers only. Thank you all in advance.

I did it for a week and thought it was a waste of money. The food was awful! I ended up losing 70 pounds on my own because I felt like I needed to make changes I could live with for the rest of my life so I went to my family doctor and we worked together on a plan that would fit my lifestyle. If you need more specifics, let me know.

Question by Stone: What is the name of this ab exercise?
I saw a boxer doing it on a video online and want to know what it is called.
The body is flat on the ground with the legs above 6inch above ground but bent, the hands and grasped behind the head.
The legs are pulled into the chest and the arms are pulled over the head onto the other side of the legs, the arms then go back to being behind the head and the legs extend once more.

I have been working out for a long time in the gym and i am a bit fit. I do have upper abs, good obliques but no lower abs whatsoever. How can i make them appear more (even though i do lower abs exercise)? I have to admit i dont do cardio
Am i generally close to having full abs or getting lower abs takes a lot of exercising? Thanks.
