Normally it’s very difficult to do both BUT it is very possible if you do it correctly, especially if you are a beginner.
The key is doing it correctly.

Question by evawells11: Need advice on work out plans and meals?
Im 18 years old 5’2 and 101 pounds. Im trying to get up to about 110-115. I need a work out plan that wont make me look bulky but will give me muscle and make me look bigger and toned up.
I also need foods with alot of calories. I have a big list of foods ive been trying to stick to but if you have something in mind let me know!
One more question….I walk almost everday, I was wondering if this is making my legs smaller? My body is portioned but my legs are smaller then I think they should. It makes me look alittle top heavy. Will squats help my legs get bigger?
Thanks for the help everyone!

Eat a diet high in protein and releatively low in carbohydrates and fats. Drink water all day long and get 8 hours of sleep per night. For workouts, start with 10-15 minutes of cardio then do a total body workout using light weights and high reps to tone up. If you follow these instructions you will be looking good by summer.
