i need to lose weight fast and i heard that low carbs does the trick. How many carbs do i need in one day. I need to lose 25 lbs. and in like two months.

Answer by Brokenwings well… it works but it’s bad for you. it will screw up your cholesterol because you’re eating all that saturated fat (you know, the white part on the outside of the meat) and meat and eggs.
plus, carbohydrates are your body’s fuel. they’re what gives you energy. so, you get really tired while on the diet. my brother did it and he got tunnel vision (when you stand up and your eyes go black for a few seconds) and he was constantly tired. it’s overall bad for your body.

My time is limited and at times I can work on specific body parts. Is there a way to work more that one area without taking hours? I can speed walk but not run just yet I have to lose a little more until I can jog because I don’t want to hurt myself. I’m taking baby steps cause I now know it’s not coming off in a day.
