Question by Saralahala wawa: What fitness equipment should I get?
I would like to lose 50 lbs. I’ve already got my diet changed and have been sticking with that for the past 2 months or so and it seems to be working. Now I am looking into buying some fitness equipment so I can get in good workouts at home (I have no intention of joining a gym) and I would like to know which stuff works best. Treadmill, elliptical, jump rope? Whatever is the most effective for weight loss really. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Get a good set of free weights, and maybe a resistance band. Jump ropes are always a good idea, and I’d recommend going outside to run rather than getting a treadmill.

Question by : Do you know any flat stomach exercises that ACTUALLY work?
I need some exercises that work.
I’m just trying to burn fat not gain muscles.
I need abdominal workouts.
I realize that I can’t lose weight in just one spot but are there any workouts that can focus more on the stomach.
(Sit ups and crunches don’t work well for me.)

Well weight loss is never easy but neither are most things in our lives. We all have demons in our closet that seem unbeatable. It was 7 months ago when I finally decided to face mine and lose enough weight to see my abs. I admit I slipped a few times and tried a few failing ideas and the magical fat loss pills that have never worked for anybody in the whole world but they still get to sell the crap. After a while I came across a site called http://boyels.com . It was the first review I ever read and after watching the video I decided to try it out. After about 8 months I’m weighing at 195, 87 pounds lighter than my former self at 282 pounds. I also have a 4 pack of abs showing. In the end it doesn’t matter what you do to lose weight as much as it matters to remind yourself that you can never give up and always push yourself further then the day before. While others are sleeping we are running, I wish the very best in your journey to lose weight.
