Question by Leon M: Is it possible to flatten your belly without diet but only doing workouts regularly?
Ok here’s my scenario , I am 19 years old and my belly is around 34 . My goal is two loose two inches of my belly or even better just have a 4 packs (not even a 6 pack) . To be honest I cannot follow those “super” diets recommended by those Men’s magazine but what I can guarantee is that i can avoid alcohol in parties . Also i exercise almost 6 times a day (3 times 45 min. of cardio w/ push-ups and crunches and 2 times 20 min cardio w/ weight training which includes a whole body split workout) . My goal is to have a almost modeled type bod. Do you think i am doing the right things and is it possible for me to achieve my goals tnxxxxx .

Yes it is possible! Just be consistent, and persistent. Results will not be overnight. You have to be committed to succeed.

Question by : How do I reduce my belly fat. My belly seems to stick out….?
due to the fact that I gained like 90lbs from overeating.
like if i were to well low-rise jeans, my belly would just bulge out.
it looks bad. like i have a food storage in my stomach or something.
what exercises or foods can help reduce this?

Cardio is the only way to lose fat. You cannot lose fat in specific areas, your body does not work like that. Do 30-45 minutes of jogging a day and eat clean, healthy food. try to burn more calories than you consume. If you take it seriously then you would estimate 3 pounds of fat lost per week. Due to your weight, the first couple of weeks you might even lose up to 5 in one week

Lower Abs…?

What is the best workout for the lower abs? I’ve been using that ab roller wheel thingy alot over the last couple years and it works good but seems to miss my lowest abs.
