100 Rep Ab Workout Routine

www.LeeHayward.com This is a killer ab workout that you can add in at the end of any workout routine. It’s 100 total reps of 4 different abdominal exercises. In this video I show decline bench sit ups, leg raises, and machine crunches.

You can rest between exercises for a minute or two.
in between changing reps do u take a brake or are these back to back
@CyraxSektor40 nahh do it 3 times per week u try to that rep every day and ur abs are not going to have time to heal

No, just do this workout a couple times a week at most. There is no need to work your abs everyday. They need rest days just like any other muscle group.

You can train heavier than this, but strive to get at least 10 reps with an ab exercise. Any heavier than that is kinda pointless.
hey lee, is it ok to do the cable pull down crunches with more weight and less reps or do you recomend more reps with lighter weight? thats been bugging me for a while.
IM DEAF 100 REPS ONE DAY THEN NEXT DAY DO IT AGIAN 100 REPS LIKE EVERYDAY?

The real key to getting chiseled abs is to lose the bodyfat that’s covering them.

look for the p90x abs routine, you don’t need anything but a confortable floor to do them

hey i have 143 pounds and im 6.1 feet and i am doing 100 – 150 abdominal crunches,200 -300 sit-ups, every morning i go waling/running for 30 min, every evening running/walking for 30 min and in the day i ride my bicycle and jump rope 20 min twice per day. I want to know how fast can i get abs and how fast can i loose stomach fat by doing this every day

You should still do them, but try it with your knees bent until you build up the strength to do them with straight legs.
LEG RAISES DRIVE ME CRAZY CUZ MY LEGS END UP HURTIN SO BAD I CANT UTILIZE THE AB PART OF IT…=(
Hey Lee what about obliques? Target them with another 25 reps of russian twists with a weight perhaps or not? Cheers for the vid!
