Ok, so I went to the Doctors and I am 5’4 (so happy I am almost as tall as my sisters need 5 more inches) but I weigh 139lbs. My Doctor said I am about 7lbs overweight. I need to lose it and I need your help. I always write in a journel about how I feel so by the time I go to bed I feel great. My sister just brought this Roller Slide Abdominal Roller Exerciser (link at the bottom) to help her abs. She said I could use it too!! First, my tummy is chubby so I wanted to know If I used this 20mins a day will it burn off that fat and give me a tummy I will like??
Also, I have a mini exercise bike that I use for my legs. Just got it a week ago from my aunt. And I have been replacing pop with water(not that hard to do for me). I think your going to loose weight easily.
I think thats great that you have an exercise program. I my self am am a fitness teacher. You should keep up the program and what ever you do don’t give up. But keep the program to fit your own schedule. Drink plenty of water when exercising and if you have any friends ask them if they want to exercise with you or exercise with your sister. Good luck.
That ab roller exercise thing sounds all right, but here’s a suggestion that will bring you faster results.
With that 20 minutes of workout, go for a run for 15 minutes first, and use the ab roller for the last 5 minutes.
The ab roller itself will not help you lose fat from your tummy, but the run will. Still, use the ab roller to strengthen your core ab muscles and tone your sillhuette.
