Question by llove mee: 13 year old with with problems?
Ok, so I went to the Doctors and I am 5’4 (so happy I am almost as tall as my sisters need 5 more inches) but I weigh 139lbs. My Doctor said I am about 7lbs overweight. I need to lose it and I need your help. I always write in a journel about how I feel so by the time I go to bed I feel great. My sister just brought this Roller Slide Abdominal Roller Exerciser (link at the bottom) to help her abs. She said I could use it too!! First, my tummy is chubby so I wanted to know If I used this 20mins a day will it burn off that fat and give me a tummy I will like??
Also, I have a mini exercise bike that I use for my legs. Just got it a week ago from my aunt. And I have been replacing pop with water(not that hard to do for me).
