@sillybilly0304 You can get strong and muscular just using your own body weight. If I could only do five exercises I’d do: 1. Pull ups. 2. Push ups. 3. Dips. 4. Squats. 5. Hanging leg raises. The key to gaining strength and muscle is PROGRESSION and proper nutrition. If you’ve hit puberty you’ll probably see results fast

@Blu3zClu3z SOOO TRUE but 10×15 is WAY too hard I started with 10×10 and went to 7×15 then 5×20 and my next goal is 4×25 , as you can see i try to keep the overal repetitons close to 100 and i got a EIGHT pack in 5-6 weeks !
