by regularly do you mean every other day or every day? And if I did both the bicycle maneuver along with v-ups, would that be even more beneficial?

its good to do V-ups lay flat on the ground and lift your legs up in the air and also your hands at the same time. they should met together making your body look somewhat like a v. when you do this workout you should have nice toned lower abs in about two weeks if you do them regularly
