im a girl, 16 and i am working on abbs, my stomach is flat i just want it to lightly be able to see my abbs i dont want to be chizzled or anything you can see my top ones but my bottom abbs i cant seem to get them to show anyone know anything i can do …… thanks guys
please no crap about pills or that shit i dont want to loose weight im tryin to biuld muscel thanks

OMG! im so happy i found this question. the best thing is CRUNCHES!!!!!! i repeat crunches NOT sit-ups. i learned that sit-ups are for guys and to create a six-pack. crunches are for women (and men) and work your stomach muscles to give you that right figure. crunches are when you just lift your upper back. you should feel your stomach muscles working. start by just doing about 10 or 15 a day and then work your way up. they can really make you sore for the first 1 or 2 days. keep doing it and you should see results. btw we share the same name! hahaa.
