2 Swiss Ball Crunch

Crunches on the Swiss ball offer several advantages over more conventional methods and machines. Using the ball facilitates full flexion and extension of your spine thereby training your abdominals through a full range of motion. Crunches on the ball also promote balance and stability stimulating your deeper core muscles in addition to the prominent rectus abdominus or ‘six-pack’ muscle. When done correctly the Swiss Ball crunch is super effective.

How do you know what size ball to use? I’m 5’9″.
I have tried this and it is the best abb work out. It helps do the muscles deeper in your body. It deals with the deep dwelling transverse abdominals TVAs. Other work outs are not as effective with dealing with those muscles.
I notice that most of the negative comments here are males (so it seems). I think the greened eyed monster lurks around here >:D

I think I just became a fan of this video series
for about 60% of a single rep you are not using your abdominal muscles, which is not good, I would not recommend this workout.
whats the difference b/w a swiss ball and a regular exercise ball? aren’t they the same?

My ball is a tiny bit flat… will it still be effective with the ball if the ball sinks a tiny bit?
