is that really a serious question ? you seem the type of person who hits the gym and expects to see gains well if you dont even know the nutrition side of training or cant even read and understand the side of the tin then good luck wasting your time …. tune is %100 protein AS IT SAYS ON THE INGREDIENTS !!!! no carbs no fat HOW CAN THAT BE BAD FOR YOU !!!!

na your training wrong ! every one has different goals and i dont know what yours are so i cant answer your question properly … but to build lean muscle and allow best rest for other muscles to repair and grow you should be training split days eg . monday chest triceps tuesday day off ( optional ) wed shoulders you get the drift ,.. im super lean with abs and lean muscle i train x6 a week hit EVERY muscle twice a week hard if your intensity and motivation aint there then quit

@88riddlemethis he’s trying to say that it’ll do both not just one for you, light weight is good if you want endurance, but it wont get you big or ripped…. heavy weight will build muscle quick and make you look jacked…
