@Mr777gio777 There is no way your max is only 245 if you’re repping 225 for 10, just pointing that out there lol. My max is at 255 and I can get only 5 if I’m feeling great on a great day. Hell, it’s hard for me to get 4 most of the time

My max is 245 right now and i rep 225 for 10. Right now im hoping to keep it because I have to drastically decrease my protein for a BUN blood test. I am so pissed… wish me luck :/

@codeman95291 Id stick with straight bar and get stronger all over. Working in the 5-7 sets of 5 reps to start wtih.

@jhashey hi i have a problem where my left arm is weaker then my right when i’m doing barbell bench press whenever i max out i can’t push the left side up evenly with my right side- my right arm often already has the right side of the bar all the way up to lock the weight out but i can’t do the same with my left arm – i’ve been told to use dumbells get my left arm even with my right but i hasn’t helped really – do you have any advice on how to fix this problem i’d appreciate it thanks
