I improvised and loved this work out. I’m a buisy flabby mom that really needed this! I like it, it’s no too too hard. I need some outer thigh and butt work. You are easy to understand I thank you !
The videos are wonderful…yet, WHEN can I get an ATLAS UNIT? You’re teasing me with all these great exercises but I can’t do them because I do not that the unit. I still love you but Joey, it’s getting frustrating.

I wonder what sort of core exercises a person could do that WOULDn’t put strain on the knees. I can’t kneel on them nor twist them.
