4 Minute Home Upper Body Workout — This Workout Gets You A RIPPED Upper Body

Free workout videos: 202.sixpackshortcuts.com I created this because I saw a lot of videos saying that you need to work out for hours with lots of complex equipment in order to get a muscular and lean upper body. While gym equipment can HELP, it’s definitely not necessary to gain muscle and lose fat. This is a workout I routinely do while traveling — it’s under four minutes, and will allow you to gain muscle on your upper body, tone up your upper body, get six pack abs, or achieve any other fitness goal you set. This upper body workout only requires a set of 25 lb. dumbbells. There are also many workouts I do which do not even require the dumbbells though — let me know in the comments if you’d like to see those. it says 4 minutes, but the video only goes for 3.59
minus 13 seconds at the start and minus 10 seconds at the end..
you have to do all this without rest ?

I tried this and very helpful! I’m also working out to lose weight and wanted the lean muscular look. how many sets would you suggest? 3 – 5 relative to the type of training (hypertrophy vs. strength training)?

my workout goes weightd cardio weights cradio and so on its great lost 15 pounds!
this is horseshit, doing 3 sets of 10 pushups beats this anyday

This is heavy for me. I can only do 1 set of this workout with 5kg dumbbells.
@alagrillet yes, but if you can do 8 sets and still not tired, just keep on doing it. Or just increase the amount of reps

i only have 10lb dumb bells, will this workout still help me out if i use these instead of the 25lb? PS im not a very strong person and im trying to get some muscle, so me doing 25lb would be hard as fuck!!!
I’ve been doing this for the last few months. It works but it’s boring now lol. So I’ve been doing the same exercises in a different order mixed in with some different exercises.
@soccerpwns101 Yeah repeat everything you see in this video 8 times with a one minute break in between each set. It says at the beginning.
do we do this once every monday/ wed/ fri??? like 8 reps of all those things with no breaks once?
Iv’e been doing this every day for the last week or so. I’ve noticed a difference already and feelin pretty good, however, I heard that you’re supposed to rest your muscles for a day or so between workouts. Is this true and should I only work out every other day?
I’m also only using 10Ib dumb bells.
Tip for everybody make sure you eat after working out. And graudually increase number of sets the first week i could barely do 3 sets but if you increase the set by one every week you’ll be amazed what you can so. And u prob have 2 do it more than 6 weeks but wateva;)
