@BabyGsus7 I have the athlean-x system and you only do conditioning workouts twice a week usually in between your weight training.

I did this 3 times but with minute rest between curcuits, sweating like a dog in hot summer dayy! Good work out but do i do this every day?

I kept up perfectly until the star pushups. Is there an alternate exercise that may do better or even close to it?
@Fusiionx2 Sadly you can’t spot reduce fat. It comes off of the part of your body that your body wants it to come off first. This workout is a good one but your diet is 80% of losing body fat.

You should learn all the benefits of burst training. A workout like this is so much more effective than basic cardio training. Metabolism is also a factor when doing burst training.
