I can’t do the first exercise since there’s someone who lives downstairs and the floor does a lot of noise, so instead I laid on my back and started writing the alphabet with my feet haha. I didn’t manage to do it non-stop, had to take 5 seconds breaks 3 or 4 times. My abs are killing me, so I guess this works !

@nosfab90 Sixpackshortcuts is always talking about cardio. They do bodyweight cardio, using your whole body instead of just the legs, like you would on a treadmill or elliptical.

seen this and thought “thats eeaassy” (i train alot and consider my self in shape) but this was difficult, i could feel the burn after the first set of crunches :L

To lose belly fat the key is eat LESS , drink lots of WATER and do CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO (20 minutes a day ) ,if you have belly fat , doing only abs workout will not help you……sorry for the english
Hi Mike, great video! Thanks for sharing =). I’m a dancer and just wanted to give you a heads up on the plank – try holding that position on your elbows with a flat back and pelvis tucked under – it will give you more of a work out and will help the posture too. =)
I haven’t exercised in about a week and OMFG…just finished doing this…1st set I was fine, 2nd Set I had to take a break, 3rd set I almost dropped to the floor…It was very intense.

you obviously love what you do, there should be alot more trainers like you showing us some free tips.All of the other videos i seen just dont work for me!, i love that you dont always need gym equipment, and you can do this in the living room and the best thing is that it only takes five-10 minutes i l-o-v-e it!
also, you saved me, i think ill be doing this for a while. just in till the snow melts so i can start running once again.. but yet again, i could still do this and run , right?
