I do alot of excercises mainly on abs I search for what i think might give the best results the quickest and i do them for atleaset 6 weeks strait every day. So I tested out your workout and there are very effective
I enjoyed them I also think that if you are a beginner you should do these like he sais at the beginning of the video, but if your more than a beginner or just looking for quicker relsults bump the time you do each excercise up 20 sec. and no rest that gives you more results, but
those exercises that he does are alot harder than they look!!
