How many stomach crunches should I do A Day to get a flat stomach and at least a 2 pack?
I am 16 and 6foot and weigh 72kg, i would like a flat stomach and a 2 pack at least, so how many sit ups should i do a day and how long would it take me to do so?

If you do 30 in the morning and 30 at night and keep doing them you will soon notice a difference. But remember to do them properly otherwise you will end up with a bulging muscle going outwards and not inwards. Breathe out as you sit up pulling in your tummy muscles and breathe in on the way back down. Good luck
Start off doing them properly but something reasonable like 10 a day then slowly progress like every 2 or 4 days from 10 to 15, then 20. if u push urself to do 2 many all at once ur gunna strain urself. wen if u just do the sensible thing ull end up getting better results . ull notice results after a couple weeks. even if u do 10 twice a day its better then pushing urself 2 much at once. just let ur body adapt. it’s healthier.
This is such a common error.
Your abs are muscles and if you want to develop them and make them muscular you need to do weight training on them, not loads of crunches!!
Do 3 sets of 10 weighted sit ups, cable crunches, seated weighted crunches, leg raises etc.
Train your abs with weights to failure and make sure you eat lots of carbs and proteins.
