This is pretty good! Its called High Intensity Interval Training. If its too boring you might you can just play an intense game of basket ball or football. Soccer is a good choice too. Diet is extremely important. If your not eating the right kinds of foods for your body type you’ll get swept up by dieting fads. if you google ‘ your fit assist ‘ it tells you how to find out what kind of foods are ideal for you. Then you just eat that food at a caloric deficit to burn more fat at a steady pace

Also, make sure your system is filled with carbs (in terms of sufficiency); the aerobic metabolism will not work without the presence of carbs.
My objection to this video is that you want to have a long maintained effort rather than many short bursts which eventually will burn your carbs fast and will turn your body to its aminoacids for neoglucogenesis to replenish glucogen and burn again in a muscle-consuming cycle, which will make you loose protein (with significant amount of water).
What you want to do is to achieve aerobic conditions and maintain these conditions for a significant amount of time while you exercise. And I explain, your body will burn fat when you allow it to function in aerobic conditions, which differ from person to person. You work aerobically when your heart rate is such that allows maximum consumption of oxygen through your lungs (VO2 max). Look online for the Karvonen formula to calculate your VO2 max heart rate range and exercise accordingly.

@NinjaOfTheAwesome I’m doing some research and this seems to be connected to the afterburn effect (look at six pack shortcut’s video). Do more lifting than cardio though (it will elxplain why in the video). Hope this Helps
