How to get skinny legs and a flat stomach in a week and a half?
So my legs aren’t quite as small as I want them but the problem is, there so big because they’re muscular but they do have some fat on them. How do I get rid of the fat without making the muscles bigger?
My stomach is kind of flabby but it also is very strong because I’m a swimmer. What are the best excersises to get a flat stomach quickly?

All the scientists and food experts say targeted weight loss is unlikely, especially in the waist and belly zones, but I achieved it with acai berry. I don’t know if it’ll happen in that short of time but eat super healthy and go for runs. Burn more calories than you take in every day and work out as much as possible.
If you are already muscular, I would say you need to look at your diet. Cut back on processed foods and eat more lean protein, complex carbohydrates, etc. I’m really muscular too, and workout at least 5 days per week, but I never lost any weight until I started trying to eat better. I still eat more than the recommended calories for my height/weight, but I’ve lost weight because I am eating real food.
My favorite exercises are these complex short workouts that this Czech lady, Zuzana, makes up and puts on her blog (bodyrock.tv). You don’t have to actually do her routines, but the idea behind them is to integrate strength training and cardio together. Her workouts are also very intense, so if that isn’t your thing steer clear. (be warned as well, she uses her body to sell her workouts, but if you can get past that, the workout ideas are very good). Anyway, good luck I hope you get the body you want
There are many ways you can get a flat stomach in one week. Know that several factors play an important role in helping you reach your goal. Look into your diet, some helpful exercises and things you need to avoid to achieve those flat abs you’ve always wanted.
Studies have shown that a lack of fiber in the diet is a cause for weight gain. You can introduce more fiber in your diet by eating more fruits, vegetables and whole-grains. Start by introducing a bit of fiber to your diet on the first day, then gradually increasing the amount to a recommended level as the days go by.
