sit ups or theres this thing which i have which u just push down and it tones ur stomach

No, exercising your belly will not burn fat off in your belly. When we lose fat, the body takes it from where it wants to. Spot reducing is a myth, no such thing. A low fat nutritional plan and exercise is the only thing, and then you wait until the body decides to take it from your belly.
No miracles, just a little hard work. Sorry.

get a pilates dvd. trust me. its a godsend. i prefer the denise austen one, but im sure any would do since all the movements are alike and are focused on toning the ‘core’ muscles.
tense your stomach for 10 seconds then release.

do this quite often in the day
you can do it any time and people wont notice
be sure not binge, stick to salads and make sure you eat breakfast!
skipping meals will make u hungry.
brush ur teeth or eat a mint after a meal
this cures hunger.
do regular sit ups and excerice.
drink water.
sleep at least 8 hours a night (Y)

First stop eating processed foods and eat only raw fresh foods, ie: fruits and vegetables with a small serving of white meat. Eat 6-7 servings of fruits and veggies per day. A serving size is equivilent to half of one of your fists. Second 8 cups of water per day. Third, only do crunches upto 20 degrees off the floor. If you go past 20 degrees and do a full sit up you are using your psoas muscle( core muscle) and not your abs. Stay away from surgary and salty treats. You’ll be a super model soon.
Stomach exercises will tighten your stomach, not lose fat.
Aerobic work does that.

It may not sound like much, but it works a treat. It really tones them muscles up in your stomach.
