what are the best workouts to get a flatter stomach? i love plates and yoga, but im not sure im doing plates correctly because its all about strengthening your core muscles. any tips/ how to make sure im doing it correctly with out taking a formal class? any other types of workouts? thanks a lot! i am really devoted to getting into better shape… i also run track and cross country but its not helping my abs. and stomach.

You may have reached a state in which your body is not responding to your cardio. Seeing what you wrote indicates that you are in excellent condition. Our bodies can be stubborn at times though. I you can afford to stop training for one week then start your training again including brisk walking, you might be surprised with the results. You see, we have muscle under the layer of body fat.
