-I was planing on purchasing the Ab Wheel because I have a flabby stomach. So I don’t want to waste my time if there aren’t any results!

The ab wheel is a nice little gadget, but I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who doesn’t already have a good abdominal and back strength foundation.

I was doing it everyday but I have to cut back so i can do my school work, will doing those workouts three days a week give me a 6 pack

all the crunches in the world won’t help you unless you’re diet is right too.

Ok, i want to tone up my core and try to get a 6 pack and i was wondering what ab exercises work. I’m thin and lean and i do a lot of cardio and i have a healthy diet, but i need something to work me abs. does any of that ab stuff on tv work? if not, what are some ab exercises that will help me tone up my core? i need like specifics on like how many of each set i should do and the number of repetitions and stuff like that. thanks for any help!
Epix, what do you mean when you say turn and do crunches to the right/ left? do you mean like turn your whole body so that you are laying to the side?

do zumba, ive been doing it and i see alot of improvement, just search it up on youtube zumba for abs and i really like the tiffanyloveszumba anos luz thats ones a gd core excersise
