Golden Rule: No rewards comes fast in the world of fitness.
Just keep eating normally and do crunches, but only every other day. It is pointless if you work your abs everyday because your muscle never repairs its self, and that is how it builds.
When muscle heals the little tears for working out, it is stronger. If it never gets a chance to heal, it never builds up.
Crunches, leg lifts, and ankle weights are all good for abs.

Im 17, 118 lbs, 5’3. Ok, i know im healthy for my weight… but I would LOVE to lose at least 5 pounds or so. Also, my main goal is to get a flat belly. Not with abs, just only enough to see the belly fat off! I have the ”pinch more than an inch” waist, with love handles and everything! I hate it. So i really need some motivation/help with this!
Im thinking of excerscising 30 or more minutes a day doing whatever to keep my heart pumping. (lift small weights for arms, crunches, some imaginary jump rope..) I even found this video which i love to do now for abs.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-pP9vmVo5Q
I cant run in my neighborhood, cause my stupid neighbors around the block think its ok to let their dogs out in the street.
I already cut back on soda thats for sure! and Im trying very hard to cut back on sweets like ice cream/exc. But what exactly should I eat to not take in so many calories??? My school does not sell healthy food whatsoever. So Im thinking of taking a ham/cheese sandwhich (whole wheat with mayo) and some apple slices. When I come home, i guess eat special K cereal and oatmeal (strawberries n cream) for dinner with apple/raisins/grapes on the side for snacks.. I dont usually eat breakfast (i know, bad idea..but I cant help it). HelP? Am I doing anything wrong? What else should I do?
PS: I hate veggies! Once I threw up eating a freaking brocolli… -__- lol.
PLease help!

your not doing anything wrong..maybe you can go to the gym or run on a tredmill..and try eating some fruit

ive been working out my abs but regular abs havent been making a diff and i hav an abroller but idont really use it i just do abs on my back does it really work…any tips?

If the “Ab Roller” is the “Ab Wheel”, then yes. The Ab wheel is one of the few (I think only) Ab device I have ever seen in a college football weight room. The critical piece to really developing nice abs (besides having a father who has great abs), is to work your abs with max weight / max effort exercises. The Ab wheel is perfect for this, especially if you are heavier.
Do your normal on-your-back abdominal exercises (supine bicycle is great) until warmed up, and then do the Ab Wheel nice and slow. The slower the better. Stick with it, and you’ll see results. The only issue (especially if you are heavier) is that the Ab wheel can be brutal on an un-trained persons abs, causing too much stimulation and damage, resulting in overtraining or injury. Ease into it.
The only other at-home abdominal training gimmick that actually works is a in-the-doorway pull up bar, and then hanging from it to do knee raises, leg raises and different crunches.

Question by Jason: How much do HCG weight loss shots cost?
I’ve been reading into the HCG weight loss program and it looks to me like its about the safest one out there since its a hormone already present in your body, but I was just wondering if anyone knew how much it would run me?
