Question by Space Ghost: What do you think of the slimming formula from Beachbody?
Would slimming formula be okay if taken with Shakeology?
Would this only help burn fat, or have dangerous effects by burning muscle as well? My ultimate goal is to reduce body fat greatly and bulk up.
Side effects? I am only 20 years old and I want to live. No bad effects like steroids, right?

It should be ok. I take them both. The slimming formula is for fat burning/metabolism booster. The fat burning comes from the metabolism boost. Anything that raises your metabolism has the chance of eating up both fat/muscle. I dont think the metabolism boost is enough to eat your muscle or anything. Your body at rest/sitting should focus on your fat reserves mainly.
You can never say anything will have bad side effects because it always depends on the person. I think if you follow the instructions you should be fine. Always check with your doctor first.
Shakeology is a wonderful choice for nutrition and bulking in my opinion. I add whey protein to mine and peanut butter for bulking.

In my gym the girls love:
Treadmills
Cross Trainers
Adductors
Abductors
Triceps Press
Crunches
Everyone’s different but these seem to be the staple of almost every girls workout.

Question by : What is the best possible workout for a 14 year old?
I’m just trying to find a home workout that will not damage my body. I’m mainly trying to improve abdominal muscles and upper body strength. I’m not trying to get ripped, just to improve my strength for sports. It’s all at home and have no access to equipment of any sort, except my mom’s 5 Ibs weights, and a jumprope( but we’re talking strength not cardio).
If your showing me a website please show me free ones because i’m 14.
I do sit-ups and push-ups daily (roughly 15-20 consecutive push-ups and 50-60 sit-ups). But i dont feel any stronger. Can anyone show me what I’m doing wrong? Also I’m adding reps constantly i started two or three weeks ago…
Well, I play a lot of contact sports. (Football and rugby are two). and I can handle the conditioning and the techniques. Though i need the improvement in those fields, my strength really holds me back. That’s why i need upper and abdominal body strength.

as long as you’re being active, I’d use this energy for some real sports, and when you’ll be 16-17, then you can start working out and all, depends if you want to be schwarzy or not…… but if you just want to get better at your sport, focus on precision and technique, once you get that, work on your strength….

Question by : Total Core Ab Machine?
Hey, I’m looking at a product to work out your abs on Ebay. It costs £35 and apparently you can get a good six pack from it. I’m wondering from people who own one, does it work? Is it another scam? Is it good? Is it worth it?
Thanks
P.S: It’s a machine which offers support when doing sit-ups rather than strain your neck and back, it offers resistance on the way down but support on the way up. It is much easier to do than sit-ups but yet more effective.

To be honest you can get a six pack pretty quickly from doing sit-ups every day and it doesn’t cost any money.
P.S. You might want to say what the product is!
