Question by : How do you stay on a diet plan when family members are sabotaging it?
I’m trying to get fit, but certain family members are trying to sabotage it.
How can I stay focused on my diet and fitness plan without getting in fights with them about it?
Also, does anyone know of any good ways to help with self control?

well, i need some great ab workouts and “behind” workouts to help my drop 6 inches from my waist and 6 inches from my hips in 30 days…and something to help me on my push ups…i would buy the books..but with gas prices cant really afford them…this is important!

its an amazing dance program and it tones you.
i hate hip hop music

Question by : What is the most effective bicep workout you do that you get a lot of progress from and muscle?
there are tons of workouts i try but i just cant seem to find one workout thats really helping me get bigger with the arms, which workout do you do that helps?

I like concentration curls. One arm curls with your elbow or upper arm on something stationary so all the exercise is forced into your bicep. Arms also get bigger fast by working the triceps to exhaustion as well.

One way to loose wait is to not wait if you want to loose weight and get abs in a month or two then good luck.

Question by onetwothree: I need an easy way to reduce my waist and tummy..?
I’m a middle-aged woman. I’m not overweight. I normally don’t eat fattening food, I don’t eat sweets and try to eat vegetables and salad as much as I can. But, sometimes, when I eat more than I should and I gain a few pounds, apparently they all go to my waist and tummy.
It’s very difficult for me to lose them because I don’t have much time to exercise, not to mention the fact that I have a little problem with my spine so I have to be careful.
Does anybody know about a fast and easy exercise that can help me reduce my waist and stomach?
Something I could do, let’s say, in the mornings or in the evenings?
Please, I need serious and accurate answers. If you plan to make a joke, abstain from replying.

I was going to say 20 situps every eveing will reduce your tummy alot but with ur spine can you use an exercise ball? or maybe you could take up water areobics on the weekend or a day after work in the week?
