I have only a barbell with a couple of 45,35, and 25 pound weights and I want to do a high intensity training HIT workout.

Question by : What makes the body release more fat….eating before workout or workout on an empty stomach?
Seriously,the body gives up more fat when it has received food just recently before a workout OR does it give up more fat when you workout on an empty stomach because of no energy stores, and only possible energy store being stored fat. Which strategy makes the body more willing to release its stored body fat?

Working out on an empty stomach will be better. First your body will use its glycogen stores in the muscles and when those are exhausted it will start to pull fat from your body. However, make sure to keep your protein up or your body may decide to break down your muscles to get needed amino acids.

I go to a gas station called Sheetz. It has a coffee bar in it and I get my smoothie with fat burner in it but I am not quite sure what it does or how it works. I pay $ 1.29 extra for it. What does it do and is it worth it?

first of all no it is not worth it second fat burners in the short turm speed your metabolism once you get off of them you metobolic rate is lowered

Question by : what are the causes of rapid weight loss and trouble sleeping?
someone i know has lost over 10 pounds in a single month, and is doing everything possible to keep weight on. the loss was not intentional and is obviously not healthy. this is also accompanied by trouble sleeping. if there are any conditions in which these are factors, please help. and yes he will be seeing a doctor, but if you have any information please share

sleep deprive = increase stress = a lot of problems, from losing appetite, losing weight, lower immume problems to all other crap. So recommend getting more sleep :0, other than that it could be a worm inside his stomach :0.

I need a routine, i am trying to work out and build up some muscles and want to find out how much time i should spend doing bench presses, and how much time i should spend doing sit ups, please keep in mind i don’t want to over do it

Well traditionally bench presses are used to work on your pec’s and to see how much weight you can lift kind of like a test. Situps dont work anything but the very top 4 abs and it does not workout the very bottom two. And youll have a 4 pack with a little bit of fat at the bottom. Put your barbell on the ground with some weights on it and now you have a curl up bar.
But enough with all that BS. Just use P90X garunteed to get you ripped in 90 Days as long as you push play everyday. And the videos are just one hour long. Im doing it and im getting great results and its only been a month. Look at this Youtube video then go to Google.com and look up “P90X” to see what other people have to say. There arent ANY haters on P90X because it actually does work.
