I want to get rid of the little pouch on my stomach and get nice flat and hard abs. I’m willing to do as much work as it takes, but which workouts are most effective? Whenever I do crunches it feels as if I’m only working the top of my stomach (closer to my ribs). Any advice at all is welcome. Thanks!
P.S. I’m a 16 year old girl if that makes a difference.

if you want to go lower on your abs
1) lay down flat on the floor.
2) then put your hands on your stomach.
3) then raise you legs up in a 45 degree angle and open and close them slowly for as long as you can
4)do not let them touch the floor and keep your knees straight
KEEP YOU BACK FLAT ON FLOOR AT ALL TIMES
hint: if that isnt hard enough, try to put your legs closer to the floor but remember dont let anything, from you butt down, to touch the floor and keep your knees straight
