Question by Beata Vass: What is the best exercise to get rid of flabby arms, fat from stomach, waist and thighs?
I’m an 18 years old girl who weighs 130 lbs and is 5’7 or maybe taller(I don’t know since I haven’t measured myself in a long time). I tried fasting by just drinking this raw meal powered drink but I just get soo tempted into eating whenever my family eats and I kinda get hungry from it. Is there an easier way to lose the weight from these areas by not just eating? I would love to really accomplish this raw meal fasting but I really need some help and advice on not to be tempted and really keep be busy doing other things and not think about food when I get hungry. Please help me!! Also, does the Ab Tronic or the Dual Shaper to flatten and tone your abs really work? Does the shake weight really work to tone the arms and get rid of the flabby arms? Please also answer these questions!! I am really desperate and I want reasonable answers that really answer my questions. Thank You.

The best exercise is running. Long distance running.
Trust me on this one, cross country skiing is the only sport that burns more fat than running. Swimming is nearly as good too. But its more intense.
I’ve been a long distance runner for about 5 years. I’m an 18 year old guy. 5’6″ and 120 pounds. I look skinny, but I’ve got muscle too and very less fat. I was 150 when I was 12 years old. Very overweight.
I started out with track. I was a slowpoke. Always in dead last. Can’t expect a fatso to win races huh.
Then I began to prioritize my running. Did at least 5 days of running. Also did light weights on my resting days. It was very tough. Running is not easy when you start. It hurts real bad. You get sore for a few days. But after the first few weeks, you begin to just love running. You can’t live without it. When I started running, I just wanted to lose weight and get it over with. But even after losing all the extra weight, I kept running. Its so amazing. Now I’m not asking you to keep running the rest of your life like I plan to do. But if you give it a shot, I can guarantee that you won’t regret it. I always thought running is sort of like sex to a woman. It hurts real bad the first few times and you hate it! And after that it gets so amazing that you just can’t live without it.
Haha, I’m not perverted or anything. Just a thought since nobody thought of it that way. Anyway, good luck. Do give it a shot, you won’t regret it I promise! Edit : Do not limit your food consumption. Fasting is very bad for your body. Eat well at meal times and avoid snacking. Eat with your family. Stop when your full. People don’t know when to stop eating. You have to realize when your full. To do this, concentrate when you eat. Eat slowly, chew well, drink a lot of water. Do not eat when watching t.v, reading the newspaper or having a discussion. Your mind must be focused on eating. Only then will you know when to stop. This is exactly what I used to do when I was losing weight and still do.
Don’t try gimmicks like the ab tronic and dual shaper. I’ve had some discussions with health professionals when I was losing weight. Gimmicks like ab kin pros, belts and fancy equipment are used to cheat desperate people and earn cash. Other than a healthy lifestyle, nothing will help you stay in good shape
