Do cardio [running, swimming, dancing, zumba, exercise videos, biking, anything to get your heart rate up]. That’s the best type of exercise for loosing fat. About 90% of people who are trying to loose fat will loose fat from their stomach area first.

If you want to tone your stomach there are pretty potent exercise techniques you do with an exercise ball. Denis Austin has a really good exercise video called Super stomachs. It’s pretty old, but very effective. Search it up on youtube and see if it’s there.

As for how fast you will loose weight it up to you. if you have to loose anything from 5-10 pounds that can take about 2-4 weeks. Good luck!
